Creative BioMart's Service Details
Rapid Injection
It is a fast and economical method to transform your plasmid into Caenorhabditis elegans strain. If you provide the injection mixture, we will complete the injection and return the worm to you for screening in less than a week.
- Send your plasmid to us and we will prepare it using our proprietary cleaning methods that have proven to improve GM production.
- We will then complete your injection mix using the common marker of your choice.
- The injection was completed in a group of 10 worms.
- Check the survival of injected worms 24 hours after injection, and send all surviving animals to the customer.
- The injection mixture preparation fee is applicable to each injection mixture.
Custom Injection Mix
- Send us your gene editing ideas.
- Our expert team will work with you to design the injection mixture to meet your needs.
- The reagents we prepare contain all the necessary molecular components to achieve the customized gene editing you need.
