Customer provides the injection mixture, and we complete the injection in less than a week and return the worm to you for screening.

Custom Injection Mix

Customer provides the idea of gene editing, and we provide you with professionally designed reagents to start your transgenic project.

Overview of the Injection Process

Strain growth and material reception	Your injection materials will be catalogued after being received in our laboratory. Our expert personnel will keep your strain under appropriate conditions to prepare for injection.
Microinjection Of Adult Gonads	Our experienced injection technician will perform microinjection according to your specifications.
Survival verification	We confirmed the survival of injected animals 24 hours after injection, and then prepared for transportation.

Creative BioMart's Service Details

Rapid Injection

It is a fast and economical method to transform your plasmid into Caenorhabditis elegans strain. If you provide the injection mixture, we will complete the injection and return the worm to you for screening in less than a week.

Send your plasmid to us and we will prepare it using our proprietary cleaning methods that have proven to improve GM production.
We will then complete your injection mix using the common marker of your choice.
The injection was completed in a group of 10 worms.
Check the survival of injected worms 24 hours after injection, and send all surviving animals to the customer.
The injection mixture preparation fee is applicable to each injection mixture.

Custom Injection Mix

Send us your gene editing ideas.
Our expert team will work with you to design the injection mixture to meet your needs.
The reagents we prepare contain all the necessary molecular components to achieve the customized gene editing you need.
