Synechocystis sp. PCC6803 is a kind of cyanobacteria. How it Works?

The green light sensing system consists of green light sensing histidine kinase CcaS, homologous response regulator CcaR and cpcG2 (pcg2) promoter. CCAs and CCAR act as genetic controllers to activate the gene expression of PCG2 under green light irradiation.
