Job Description: We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced project manager who can grasp the whole process of model cell line construction and R&D.
Ph.D. with knowledge background of optogenetics, biochemistry, genetics, molecular biology, pharmacology, medicine, cell biology, biochemistry, or related fields.
Rich experience in cell culture development experiment, master the technology needed for experiment and technology development, and operate relevant experimental equipment skillfully and regularly.
Familiar with the biological characteristics of a variety of experimental cells.
Good at solving problems, with the ability to flexibly design or adjust the experimental scheme according to the specific situation.
Excellent learning ability and enthusiasm for self-improvement.
Working experience in project development, good oral and written communication skills.
According to the company's development strategy, based on the company's optogenetics platform and combined with the needs of customers, continue to develop new cell products.
Including the establishment, validation and screening of in vitro experimental methods for the company's in-process/new products, the design of in vivo experiments, the writing of application registration materials and the related work of application.
Participate in the training of R&D technicians, assist the project leader in R&D, reasonably arrange experiments, and complete the project within the specified time.
Define methods and processes, and build high performance teams to execute development projects.
Daily maintenance of laboratory environment, management and maintenance of laboratory reagents, instruments and equipment.
Other tasks arranged by the company.
