Job Description: This position requires candidates with preclinical medical education and research background. The responsibilities of this position are to help us establish unique technology platforms, develop new solutions and products in the field of therapeutic optogenetics, and broaden the application fields.
Ph.D. with knowledge background of optogenetics, preclinical medical, physiology, genetics, molecular biology, pharmacology, medicine, cell biology, biochemistry, or related fields.
Rich experience in experiment, master the technology needed for experiment and technology development, and operate relevant experimental equipment skillfully and regularly.
Good at solving problems, with the ability to flexibly design or adjust the experimental scheme according to the specific situation.
Excellent learning ability and enthusiasm for self-improvement.
Careful, patient, earnest, self-motivated, team spirit. Abide by the laboratory rules, no illegal operation, no safety accidents
Working experience in product and technology research and developing
Good oral and written communication skills.
Formulate and mobilize relevant resources to implement optogenetics related solutions according to the company's development strategy or customer requirements.
Establish unique technology platforms. Optimize the existing commercial optogenetics system, develop efficient novel solution, and finally generate the unique technology platform of Creative BioMart.
Be responsible for the implementation of various projects, including project implementation planning, activity co-ordination, personnel and material arrangement, etc.
Assist and lead the company's internal R&D, and be responsible for the scheme feasibility analysis and scheme design of the company's internal R&D projects.
Be responsible for project management of internal and external experiments, project registration, progress tracking, comprehensive coordination and project conclusion.
Lead other related work delivered. Explore and creatively identifying new sales opportunities-actively manage customer channels and regularly communicate with the chief business officer on progress.
