Job Description: This position requires candidates with strong background knowledge and creative thinking to be responsible for the development and iteration of model biological production platform.
Ph.D. with knowledge background of optogenetics, physiology, genetics, molecular biology, pharmacology, medicine, cell biology, biochemistry, or related fields;
Previous experience in model organism R&D is preferred;
Familiar with the experimental process of model organisms (mice, zebrafish, Arabidopsis, nematodes, etc.)
Have awareness of animal welfare and basic animal handling skill
Excellent communication skills, basic business knowledge, and marketing skills.
Formulate the R&D scheme of new model biological lines related to optogenetics according to the industry research frontier and market demand.
Be responsible for the implementation of various projects, including project implementation planning, activity co-ordination, personnel and material arrangement, etc.
Assist and lead the company's internal R&D, and be responsible for the scheme feasibility analysis and scheme design of the company's internal R&D projects.
Be responsible for the review of the company's external customized experimental scheme and contract review.
Be responsible for project management of internal and external experiments, project registration, progress tracking, comprehensive coordination and project conclusion.
Lead other related work delivered. Explore and creatively identifying new sales opportunities - actively manage customer channels and regularly communicate with the chief business officer on progress.
Coordinate relevant departments, and do a good job in cross department communication and coordination.
